"Keep printed documents" is checked?

Do not simply uncheck the "Keep printed documents" checkbox; instead, follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Open the Printers and Faxes control panel.
2. Right-click on your printer and select "Properties".
3. Select the "Advanced" tab.
4. Select the "Print directly to the printer" radio button.
5. Click "Apply" and then "OK".
