THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN AND A RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR WASHINGTON DC AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. This Sweepstakes consists of three separate entry periods. The first entry period begins 12:01:00 AM (ET) March 1, 2007 and ends 11:59:00 PM (ET) August 31, 2007. The second entry period begins 12:01:00 AM (ET) September 1, 2007 and ends 11:59:00 PM (ET) February 29, 2008. The third entry period begins 12:01:00 AM (ET) March 1, 2008 and ends 11:59:00 PM (ET) August 31, 2008. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Combe Incorporated ("Sponsor") and its respective affiliates, distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. To enter, navigate the Internet to www.justformenselect.com and click the “Sweepstakes” link. Complete all the requested information. All entries must contain a valid e-mail address. Send your entry by clicking on the “Submit” button on the Sweepstakes page. All valid entries for the first entry period must be received no later than 11:59:00 PM (ET) on August 31, 2007 to be eligible for the first drawing. All valid entries for the second entry period must be received no later than 11:59:00 PM (ET) on February 29, 2008 to be eligible for the second drawing. All valid entries for the third entry period must be received no later than 11:59:00 PM (ET) on August 31, 2008 to be eligible for the third drawing. Non-winning entries from the first entry period will not carry over to the second and third entry periods, nor from the second entry period to the third entry period. Limit one (1) entry per day per e-mail address / person / family / household.
  2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner will be selected for each entry period in random drawings conducted by an independent judging organization ("Judges") on or about September 1, 2007, March 1, 2008 and September 1, 2008 from among all eligible entries received for the preceding entry period. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Judges whose decisions are final with respect to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail and will be required to sign, notarize and return within 14 days of the date on the prize notification letter an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return these forms within the time requested will result in forfeiture of prize and the selection of an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail/correspondence. If prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly award the prize from among eligible entries received to date. No responsibility is assumed for any human or technical, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials for this Sweepstakes. All submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  3. Participation: For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an "entrant" shall consist of a person, family or household with a valid e-mail address. Should multiples entries be received from an entrant on one day, such entries will not be eligible. In case of dispute as to identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and/or likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all claims, damages, liabilities and injuries (including but not limited to death) arising out of an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use and/or misuse of prize, and any travel related there. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  4. Prize and Odds: First Entry Period Prize: Seven-day Caribbean Cruise for two (approximate retail value $5,000). Trip includes: round-trip coach/economy airfare for two departing from and returning to major gateway airport closest to winners home to port city, ship accommodations (double occupancy), scheduled meals, port charges, transfers and fees (maximum total package value $5,000). Second Entry Period Prize: Seven-day Alaskan Cruise for two (approximate retail value $5,000). Trip includes: round-trip coach/economy airfare for two departing from and returning to major gateway airport closest to winners home to port city, ship accommodations (double occupancy), scheduled meals, port charges, transfers and fees (maximum total package value $5,000). Third Entry Period Prize: Seven-day Caribbean Cruise for two (approximate retail value $5,000). Trip includes: round-trip coach/economy airfare for two departing from and returning to major gateway airport closest to winners home to port city, ship accommodations (double occupancy), scheduled meals, port charges, transfers and fees (maximum total package value $5,000).Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made except as provided herein. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Your reservation must be made with travel agency designated by Sponsor at least 45 days prior to departure and must include a Saturday night stayover. No changes or cancellations are permitted after the reservation has been ticketed. Travel for the first period prize Caribbean Cruise must be completed by August 31, 2008; travel for the second period prize Alaskan cruise must be completed by February 28, 2009; and travel for the third period prize Caribbean Cruise must be completed by August 31, 2009. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and black-out dates. Winner and guest must travel on the same round trip itinerary. Overnight lodging en route, if necessary, is at the expense of the prize winner. All travel must be in an out of the same city (no stopovers allowed). Guest accompanying winner must execute liability/publicity release at least 14 days prior to travel. Exact value of trip depends on fare fluctuations and point of departure. If guest accompanying winner is a minor, minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Winner and guest must travel together. Prize will be forfeited in its entirety if winner and guest are unable to travel on designated dates. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All taxes on prize, tips, gratuities and all expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of winner.
